Josh began his carpentry apprenticeship under Indi in 2016. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he took on leadership roles, managing carpentry crews before expanding into steel installations. In the past year, Josh served as operations manager, overseeing installs, prior to transitioning into his current role as a project manager following the adoption of our new project management model.

Peter began his carpentry apprenticeship with Hangan Carpentry in 2018, during which he developed a strong interest in structural steel. Progressing from an installer to a lead installer, he has since advanced to managing projects, excelling particularly in challenging renovations. Now serving as a project manager, Peter maintains a hands-on approach to his work.
Tim completed his welding and fabrication apprenticeship in 2014.
